Dental hygiene training

How long your teeth last depends on how correctly and thoroughly you brush them. At our clinic we select hygiene products — pastes, brushes, interdental brushes — and teach adults and children all the nuances of caring for their teeth.

“Many people are sure they brush correctly. But it's precisely the small mistakes that most often lead to cavities and gum disease. We show how to adjust habits so that teeth stay healthy and strong.”

What hygiene training is

Hygiene training isn't only about choosing a brush and paste. We teach you to use interdental brushes, dental floss, an irrigator, and other products. For clarity we use animations and special solutions that show where plaque remains. We tell parents how to brush children's teeth until the age when they can do it themselves.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

From what age can a child be taught to brush their teeth?
From the age of three — with help from parents. Children usually manage fully on their own from 8–9 years.
Is using an irrigator mandatory?
Yes, especially if there are braces, implants, or bridges — a regular brush won't cope.
How do I know I'm brushing my teeth correctly?
At the appointment, the hygienist will show plaque staining and give recommendations just for you.
