Surgical part

Fixing the temporary prosthesis

Fabrication of the permanent prosthesis
- After about 3–6 months, once the implants have fully integrated into the bone, we replace the temporary prosthesis with a permanent one

The patient came in with a pronounced fear of dental treatment, which led to a long absence of timely care. As a result, there was almost complete tooth loss; the remaining teeth were significantly destroyed and mobile.
It was decided to carry out comprehensive rehabilitation supported by implants. Treatment was performed using the All-on-4 protocol on the upper and lower jaws. In a single stage, implants were placed with immediate loading by temporary prostheses. After 4 months, the temporary structures were replaced with permanent prosthetic ones — zirconia crowns supported by a titanium bar.
The patient came in with complaints of mobile teeth and an inability to chew normally. The condition of the teeth didn't allow restoration — it was decided to perform full prosthetics on implants using the All-on-6 system.
All the treatment was carried out in stages under sedation so the patient felt calm. In one day we removed the teeth, placed six implants, and fixed a temporary structure — the patient left right away with a beautiful smile. After four months, once the implants had integrated, the temporary structures were replaced with permanent zirconia crowns on a titanium frame.
