What professional hygiene is

Professional hygiene is a set of procedures for cleaning teeth of tartar, plaque, and pigmentation. Unlike home brushing, it removes everything excess even from the hardest-to-reach areas, strengthens the enamel, and prevents oral diseases.

We don't use simplified methods like Air Flow: they make the tooth surface rough and increase the contact area for dirt and bacteria. At Belaya Raduga we use only a gentle protocol — precise, careful, and safe for the tissues.

Stages of the procedure
Diagnosis and planning:
examining the condition of the teeth and gums, identifying areas that need special attention.
Tartar removal:
careful work with ultrasound and hand instruments, cleaning hard-to-reach areas near the gums.
Cleaning and polishing:
removing soft plaque, grinding and polishing the teeth with special pastes, brushes, and floss so the surface becomes smooth.
Enamel strengthening:
applying a remineralising compound in a tray that saturates the teeth with calcium and makes them more resistant to cavities
